Bruce Machon

Bruce deals with land acquisition and development, including buying and selling residential and commercial property, both freehold and condominium. His practice also involves mortgage financing for individuals and corporate clients as well as mortgage enforcement for both private and institutional lenders.

Bruce has lectured at both York University and Seneca College. He is a guest speaker at numerous home buyer seminars, and continues to provide advice to several groups of realtors regarding ongoing developments in real estate law.

Bruce has volunteered his time to many community organizations, including the York Central Hospital Foundation, Richmond Hill Social Planning Council and Victorian Order of Nurses. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association and the Real Estate Section of the Ontario Bar Association.
