Danielle Gonyea

Danielle began her career with SBMB Law in 2005 as a law clerk. While working as a law clerk, Danielle continued her studies and graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Art Degree in 2011, and from Osgoode Hall Law School with a Juris Doctor in 2016. Danielle articled at SBMB Law in 2016-2017 and was called to the Bar in June, 2017.

Danielle's practice focuses on all aspects of real estate law including buying and selling residential and commercial properties (both freehold and condominium), mortgages/refinancing, and construction loans.

Danielle never forgets how important each home transactions is to the people involved and she is committed to always being available to answer any questions about the home and buying and selling process.
